font-size: 16px;"><br></p><p style="margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px; clear: both; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">廣東是水系資源發(fā)達(dá)的大省，然而水質(zhì)優(yōu)良、水面寬窄適中、水流有急有緩最為適宜開(kāi)展皮劃艇運(yùn)動(dòng)，特別是針對(duì)初學(xué)者教學(xué)的，當(dāng)數(shù)從化大江里。兔子對(duì)一切與水有關(guān)的運(yùn)動(dòng)都充滿興趣，老早就吵著要來(lái)學(xué)習(xí)。于是錯(cuò)開(kāi)抗戰(zhàn)小長(zhǎng)假，A2戶外俱樂(lè)部一行7位小伙伴從廣州出發(fā)，自駕一個(gè)半小時(shí)來(lái)到位于大江里橋邊的基地，游魚教練早早等候在此。</p><p style="margin-top: 5px; font-size: 16px;">基地由一層帶有天臺(tái)的農(nóng)民房改建，條件雖然略顯簡(jiǎn)陋，但裝備間、衛(wèi)生間、更衣間、廚房、沖涼設(shè)備一應(yīng)俱全。兵馬未動(dòng)糧草先行，集體匯合、熟悉環(huán)境后，時(shí)近中午，路口農(nóng)家樂(lè)捉條大魚解決午餐。</p><p style="margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px; clear: both; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">酒足飯飽，隔壁村里的集市正熱鬧，一行人歡樂(lè)的采購(gòu)當(dāng)晚和明早的食材去了。</p><p style="margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px; clear: both; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16px;"><br></p><p style="margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px; clear: both; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">下午2點(diǎn)，皮劃艇活動(dòng)正式開(kāi)始，小伙伴們自己動(dòng)手搬運(yùn)艇支和器材到江邊。穿戴好救生衣，強(qiáng)調(diào)注意事項(xiàng)后，游魚和小A兩位教練開(kāi)始示范船槳的用法、如何上下艇等基礎(chǔ)動(dòng)作，小伙伴們聽(tīng)得很認(rèn)真呢。</p><p style="margin-top: 5px; height: auto !important;"><br>&nbsp;穿過(guò)孔橋，沿著碧綠的江水逆流而上，兩岸被層層的樹(shù)木、植被覆蓋，小峰在水邊發(fā)現(xiàn)了兒時(shí)家鄉(xiāng)常見(jiàn)的野果——水翁，說(shuō)時(shí)遲那時(shí)快的就爬到樹(shù)上去了，你確定不是猴子派來(lái)的嗎？間或有幾塊小沙灘出現(xiàn)在兩岸，可以將艇拖到岸上，下水暢游。然而我們是沖著劃艇來(lái)的好嗎，抓緊寶貴機(jī)會(huì)，多多用艇做些團(tuán)隊(duì)游戲吧！下面這個(gè)游戲兔子把它叫做“奔跑吧 艇排”首先小伙們要將各自的艇并排停好，抓好左右的艇固定成一個(gè)艇排，接著小伙伴們依次從倉(cāng)中起立，站到艇頭來(lái)回奔跑兩次，最后跳入水中，再爬回自己的艇上。大家看小伙伴們玩得這么High，這可不僅是個(gè)游戲這么簡(jiǎn)單，它可以鍛煉平衡感和膽量，還可以練習(xí)落水后上艇的動(dòng)作，更重要的就是Team work啦。</p><p style="margin-top: 5px; height: auto !important;"><br></p><p style="margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px; clear: both; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">游戲結(jié)束后繼續(xù)向上游進(jìn)發(fā)，越是接近止游水壩處，水流越是湍急。兔子開(kāi)始不懂得看水情，在江中心奔力的劃著，真真體驗(yàn)到了逆水行舟的滋味，劃到力竭時(shí)真想放棄，隨水漂回去。還是游魚教練一語(yǔ)點(diǎn)醒，近岸處流速相對(duì)較緩可省些力氣，在小伙伴們不停的相互鼓勵(lì)下，終于大家匯合于大壩近前。眼前就是更加湍急的白水了，男生們紛紛迎難而上沖向急流。對(duì)于新手的我們而言，翻船在所難免，但男生們?cè)椒接?。老范和小A最后還真的從白水中沖了出來(lái)，帥帥噠！</p><p style="margin-top: 5px;
